Frequent Questions

Ticketed Shows In New York City

Do I have to memorize lines or prepare anything?

There are no lines to memorize, and no need to be an actor.

There are just two items to prepare:

  • We’ll send you a very brief character description that you should be familiar with.
  • We ask that every guest prepare a costume. We send character-specific costume ideas ahead of time to help you out. Your costume doesn’t need to be elaborate or expensive.
What happens if an emergency comes up and I am unable to attend?

The show is highly orchestrated and depends on involvement from each guest. If an emergency comes up and you cannot attend, we will do everything we can to find a solution but can’t guarantee we’ll be able to rebook you to another date. Please let us know as soon as possible if you cannot attend.

Do I have to wear a costume?

Yes. We’ll send some ideas with your character information. Your costume doesn’t need to be elaborate or expensive.

Do I have to be vaccinated?

For the safety of our guests and staff we require proof of vaccination from every guest. This is non-negotiable.

You must show your CDC vaccination card, or an electronic vaccination card, before you will be allowed in the venue.
